The origin of Destress Lab
Her search for a way to relax and unwind from stress of life led Sophie to meditation. After several experiences with different styles of meditation, it turned out that, for a busy working mom, it was time consuming, not easy and sometimes uncomfortable.
When she came across Unplug Meditation , their simple and easy method made the daily practice easy, and very quick she could enjoy all the benefits: more patience, more peace and calm, simply more happiness and joy.
Finally taken the step
After more than 15 years working in the financial industry, where stress is constantly present, Sophie decided to share her love and passion for meditation with the world.
After completing her meditation teacher training at Unplug Meditation, inspired by her teachers Davidji and Suze Yalof Schwartz, destress-lab is set up to bring meditation in an engaging, inspiring and easy way for anyone who wants to learn.
Comfort, ease and simplicity are at the heart of the method we use and it works for anyone who wants to commit!
Our goal and mission is to reduce stress, give to anyone who tries the tools for a happier, healthier and balanced life. We have lots of different types of meditations, so that everyone can find the right meditation for them.
We hope to help as many people as possible to practice daily, to reduce stress, feel relax and energized and be the best version of themselves. We believe that the more people meditate, the better will the world become.
